Andrade and Benavidez are in the same predicament. They'll both fight anyone and nobody will fight them. So common sense would say fight each other. But this idiot Sampson is treating us all as if we're imbeciles, coming out with crazy bull**** and expecting us to believe it. This fight won't happen period. If they tripled 7 mil, it would be knocked back. Total fool's (Not Benavidez).

That's why I like the plan of Canelo signing a 2 fight deal, so fighters aren't standing around waiting on Canelo!

That promoter just exposed their own BS by bringing up money. Benavidez just said he's confident that he can beat Andrade! BooBoo will be fighting for an interim belt at 168 and Canelo is undisputed at 168. They better never mention Canelo, they just negotiated themselves out of an easy path to becoming a Canelo mandatory ..in the media lol

He does, see the article about 5 or 7 below this article. It was his manager who contradicted the idea of fighting Andrade.

This is just more proof that Andrade is that guy who everyone is afraid of. All of y'all who criticize him have some serous soul searching to do.

Exactly. Expecting more money for Andrade than for Canelo is pure nonsense. Also, Andrade just scored a one punch KO in his last fight so it’s not like he can’t be entertaining.

Lastly, I think Benavidez vs Andrade is a great style matchup because of Benavidez.

David is too big, strong and relentless to be in a boring fight. I don’t see anybody outpointing him in a dull fight and Andrade would be forced to exchange to avoid getting steamrolled.

And this was the same exact logic Reynoso used to minimize Benavidez as an option. Lame excuses.

David may be right actually....Andrade is a fool who has wasted his career with Eddie Hearn. Boxing was my first love behind basketball but with all the ducking divas and corrupt judges in the sport its quickly becoming something that is hard to sit and watch...even if its free. Boxing is moving down my list of favorite sports FAST.

How can get more money against Andrade than against Canelo? Not going to happen.

He can get at least a few million though, but yes, Andrade isn't a big drawcard. Sampson the promoter should think about that fight, because I don't see Benavidez getting the Canelo fight anytime soon.
