This is happening more and more because fighters are holding out for more money than they are worth. Promoters (networks) are letting them go through with this charade to show them the truth. Bazooka Joe here is gonna find out from his embarrassing ppv numbers what he is worth on the open market.

Yes, brother Thurman, making a great argument to dismantle free market capitalism.

      Thanks mate.

Ppl here will political disagree with me or otherwise, but regardless, you know the score. If you gotta watch, stream the MF for free. Don’t reward consumer robbery.

Can’t remember the last matchroom card I paid for, even though their price point begins at £20: probably Joshua-Pulev, and even then it was because missus wanted to watch it big screen.

If we must have this economic ideology as the dominant force, we at least need to protect our interests

His statement makes it sound like you can starve to death without a boxing match. I am a fan of boxing but if my choice is a fantastic meal or watching Thurman vs Barrios there isn't much of a choice Thurman is seriously an idiot.

Thurman would be the best fighter Spence and Crawford have ever fought.

That is not the point. The point is, Spence and Crawford have awful resumes. Spence only beat Thurman`s victims and Crawford`s best win is Porter, a more washed up version than Thurman beat a long time ago.

We never got the numbers for the Ortiz-Martin PPV and we’ll never get any numbers for this PPV either because BoxingScene is afraid of publishing anything that might make Haymon look bad.

I never really cared whether Keith won or lost. That is probably worse than rooting against a guy, as usually after they retire I start to admire their accomplishments.

Now, I wish someone would put him in against Spence, Crawford or Ennis so he will lose and go away.

Shawn Porter is the best fighter TC has fought. The fight was up for grabs until the stoppage.

I know a lot of writers, like Breadman, who I really like, think that TC is the best fighter in the world. But, he hasnt got much of a resume.

His best win at LW was Ricky Burns, who is the present day equivalent of Murray Suttherland. Which is not a bad thing. But he wasnt in there against Floyd.

At JW was Indongo, who impoverished Namibian school boys are now knockng out.

Take away the title belts and line up his opponents on name. It is really sobering.
