The WBC literally publicly confirmed today that I was right about them ordering 80-20 at the convention, just like Dan Rafael had reported. So you're calling me a liar and calling Dan Rafael a liar even though the WBC publicly confirmed today we were right all along? Hilarious.

I remember telling you when the WBC order something they do a press release.
Please show us the press release the WBC sent out today then.

I read somewhere Matchroom had already oferred Fury the same purse he got in his last fight, say 25mil.

Expect Matchroom to bid around 30 million, win it and push the date as far as they can to wait for the arbitration resolution.

Whytes been hit in the head too many times to figure out: first you win the belt, THEN the money comes in truckloads!

You call everyone else a liar how many times did I recorrect you on here where you continue on ? The purse splits is what it is but it’s not in their rules you can spin it any way you want for an interim champion and getting 80/20 is still laughable and an attempt to duck .I hope they just go win purse bids and go from there .

I called you a liar many times because you kept lying. Now everything has been publicly revealed and I was proven correct. You should apologize for lying about me so much. You can't get mad at me for calling you a liar when I've been vindicated by today's announcement.

The purse splits is what it is but it’s not in their rules
                Go read rule 2.6.

                    Let's do the maths.

Dillian wants 10 million, so DAZN will have to bid 50 million, 40 million of which goes straight to Tyson Fury's pocket.

That means they have to sell 2 million PPVs at 25 a go just to recoup the purses lol.

Then they have to pay to put on and promote the fight.
                    No. That's very simplistic.

The purse bid doesn't need to be $50M for Whyte to earn $10M.

The maximum bid is what you think you can make, less costs (incl. Fighter payments) and profit.

The actual bid is the lowest you think you can win with.

I would have thought purse bids favours Arum given the split. But who knows.

The people that are emotionally involved with how much Whyte should be making are now making up all kinds of rules. It came from the horses mouth and it was known already that it was going to be 80/20. Whyte is simply not that popular outside of the UK and there is not a huge demand for this fight.

This will be another fight that will not get made because of a fighter pricing themselves out.
