Paul Williams will be the next pound 4 pound king no matter how many duck him , and i can't blame them 4 not wanting fight with him , his height ,work rate , power , chin ,movement and his chin. i think he will be Cotto ,Pacquio,Mayweather,Dawson,Calzaghe,Mosley,Hopkins and Pavlik.

I disagree with the bolded names. And in no way is a Pacquiao fight even feasible to take place. But Williams would defeat the others listed.
