Hmm... I'd say they are at least even, a Floyd win and Paq win would definitely make him better all time than Tito. Tough call I don't want to say yes because, I guess it feels like Tito maybe did more, or maybe he was just around longer. But I don't want to say no because he would have beaten the best fighter in the world, that should account for something along with a Mosley win. I'd say those two are about on par with Tito's 2 biggest victories, DLH and Vargas arguably.
