I am the first to complain here about refs/corners allowing their fighter to take a prolong beating. I really hate the brain damage that boxers go through. It’s sad.

But this guy was not even wobbled, unless he got wobbled when I stood up to get my pizza delivery. He never got dropped, never looked hurt. Blood made it seem worse than it was.

With that said, he was put in there as a showcase opponent. It’s best to see a fighter not get brain damage. So while the stoppage was early, it may have been for the best.

When these types of stoppages happen, it creates a what-if situation. Imagine Cortez stops the JMM-Pac I in round 1. Or imagine Corrales-Castillo getting stopped early. Etc.

I'm still amazed at how N'daam keeps getting television time.

I was really behind the guy, not the favorite. He took a showcase beating that I was concerned for him at the point it was stopped. He has big balls, but no more was necessary, IMO.

Just buy it man. $70 bucks is not bad for the best seats you can get for top 5 welterweights fighting eachother. You have access to replays, don’t have to walk far for beer, restroom, and no fans standing up and blocking your view when something happens.

He does enough to make the other fighter look good.

Alim hits N’dam in the stomach, clearly above the belt:

Alimkhanuly needs to be tested. Chest and back acne should be questioned most if not all the time.
