I personally don,t know the effects of plaster but, i do believe that if someone used plaster on a opponent i would think you would see some effects of the use...cotto went 11 rounds and for all the people who think he used it are saying that cotto is tougher than the average human because i don,t see anyone standing up to a barrage of plaster for 11 plus rds....some people who have been beaten with plaster have never been the same as a fighter but, cotto don,t look that way... Here's the thing ... Has anyone ever had a cast???? {which are made of plaster of paris or fiberglass} Plaster of paris gets soft when its wet ... so to say it was plaster is inaccurate and false.

If AM had a harddened pad in his gloves - then not only is the Boxing commission negligent, but also incompetent. Because they are there solely to prevent such infractions. Plus, there is absolutely no proff what so ever that AM used loaded gloves against Cotto. ...... ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!!

Cotto lost and no amount of speculation will ever change that reality ... Give AM his due for that win.

That being stated ... I do believe Cotto softened AM up for Mosley ... because his punch resistance seemed to have diminished greatly during the Mosley fight. This is not to take any thing away from the great win by Mosley ... But AM was definately not the same post Cotto.
