          Haney never made an offer so how can they avoid him. Hearn is losing money promoting Haney fights and they were hoping GB would force the mandatory and they put on the fight and make an offer. Hearn keeps saying Haney is a free agent and has no problem fighting on other networks, why cause he and DAZN don't wanna pay for his fights

              No he wouldn't. The point being you have to make the fight and climb in the ring with him. Not gonna happen.

                I'm not biased against Haney, just eager to see him fight somebody with a pulse instead of just talking about it. Ryan Garcia is a year younger and will have fought Campbell and Diaz this year. Both guys are better than anyone Haney has fought in his entire career. That's not bias against Haney, that's factual.
