Comments Thread For: Wilder: On My Worst Night, On Fury's Best Night, He Still Couldn't Get Me Out of There!

Deontay Wilder is salivating at the thought of revenge. On Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Wilder will take part in a trilogy fight with WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

Wilder isn’t rational. I actually most of time like him but he’s not being rational. I like accepting losses but sometimes u have to to grow. Everyone loses. No one is unbeaten.

Fury doesn’t have to get you out of there to win . Subtle damage adding up will accumulate for Fury I think and he will clearly win on points if it’s a decision , unless Wilder stops him . On the other hand Wilder couldn’t finish Fury on his worst night in the first fight ,and that’s his specialty . Wilder needs self motivation and some sort of confidence builder so I get why he’s saying this .,it definitely beats costume excuses .,but I’d say Wilder was going to get stopped at some point in that fight if not there shortly after the towel was thrown in .

From all of Wilder's ranting, you get a picture of what's inside the man. Not at peace.

Deontay, you were TKO’d. I get not wanting to admit it on the eve of battle but…..

Unless he is actively selling the fight - a distinct possibility - he should stop talking rubbish. If he wants to be remembered at the #1 or 2 HW of his era, he has to win Saturday. Otherwise he is #4. So on par with a Michael Moorer or Tim Witherspoon.

              I like Wilder but he’s ******.

if they didn’t stop the fight Wilders career might be over. He was taking a beating and might have gotten really hurt.

wilder is delusional, only one of the two has a stoppage win from their 2 fights and it aint wilder.

breland called a legit stoppage. Wilder knows it too because if he was perfectly fine then that would have been his sole excuse, that he was winning, felt great and breland stopped it for no reason. Instead he has 5 other excuses, i was tired because my costume was too heavy, i was tired because breland poisoned me ect. wait so did he stop it because you were fine or did he stop it because you were exhausted, dropped multiple times and getting your ass kicked?
