Comments Thread For: Gilberto Ramirez: My Team is Pushing For The Dmitry Bivol Fight

Undefeated Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez (42-0, 28 KOs) believes World Boxing Association (WBA) Super Light Heavyweight Champion Dmitry Bivol (18-0, 11 KOs) is being steered away by Matchroom Boxing's Eddie Hearn. He feels Hearn is preventing from challenging Bivol in a battle of undefeated, world-class fighters.

This is an embarrassingly biased article. Shame on whoever wrote this. Boxingscene getting worse by the day and losing all credibility. Boxingscene in the mud

Fast Eddie can go kick rocks, this is why Oscar and company won’t discuss JoJo as an opponent for Haney next. I mean why should they if Hearn don’t even want to consider making Bivol vs Zurdo next, screw that Brit he can go pound sand.

Ramirez physical strength and volume would make it difficult for Bivol. Bivol would have to box by circling and moving and not letting Ramirez get set. Pickem fight.

Agreed! he reminds me of a so called journalist called Michael Collins who sometimes scribble's for another forum.

That fight would be interesting. I think it would give us some answers about Ramirez.

It's a good matchup, I'd lean Bivol as I think he's the more overall talented but Zurdo will bring the heat.

Hmm... he seems to no longer be ranked by the WBA.
