Damn! This is the worst thing that could ever happen. We are close to two weeks away from the fight and now something like this happens. It always seems to occur with Top Rank fighters too. First it was Teofimo Lopez and now it's Tyson Fury.

However, I am very superstitious man and I believe that this is just a smoke screen because Tyson Fury isn't prepared nor focused for this fight which is the reason for the potential delay. I hope, that Fury is fully vaccinated and tests negatively for Covid.

I would hate to see this fight postponed once again. Eddie Hearn said he had his doubts about this fight happening on July 24th. Hopefully he is wrong and this is just more of the same old pranks coming out of Team Tyson's camp.

If this true then Tyson Fury is not prepared or ready for the fight. I don't believe for one second there is a Covid outbreak in his camp. He is having another one of his anxiety attacks as this fight draws nearer.

Unfortunately for fury.....he walks about like he is a main draw but in reality he has never been a main draw and choosing a 3rd fight against wilder will result in one thing piss poor ticket sales.
fury needs to be stripped for failing to defend his title one time in 18 months if tgis wilder fight is postponed once again

The promoters won’t care about ticket sales it’s all about TV and streaming these days and those sales are poor because nobody sees the point of a third fight other than Wilders team, it was a ****** contract, he basically scrapped a draw and got beaten easily in the next fight there’s few if any cases where that results in a trilogy in the past, so public interest is low. It’s being held in the US so Wilder should be bringing out the fans, but he’s not that popular, semi interested fans only wanted to see him get beaten, it’s happened. No point in this fight and only Wilder die-hards see it otherwise.

We know that the vaccine doesn't stop you from getting COVID nor does it prevent you from having at least some symptoms, some worse than others.

So...it sounds like we now have a ready-made excuse for NSB to use if Fury goes in there and damn near ends up a body on the record - "he was sick from COVID"

So if Fury is showing no symptoms and wasn't part of those that tested positive, then what would the reason be to postpone the fight??

This sounds very suspect to me. This sounds more like a publicity stunt fabricated by Top Rank.

We all knew this was gonna get postponed. Ticket sales haven't been that great and once Spence/Pac was signed everyone is jumping on that fight.

This ^ there’s no buzz for this fight, certainly not like there was for the 1st 2 fights. It’s a combination of a few things:

1. The 2nd fight was so 1 sided & in the eyes of most fans Fury’s up 2-0. Most the intrigue for the trilogy is coming form die hards that believe Fury cheated & people who wanna see wilder lose again

2. That boring ass presser that was supposed to help promote the fight was boring as hell. Wilder choosing to not talk made it an utter waste of time.

3. PBCs choice to put Tank, Wilder, & Manny all on in such a short span of time between each other. Manny and Spence have the most anticipated match up of the 3 and people are gonna naturally gonna fly out to that fight or buy that PPV. Who the hell is gonna go to Fury Wilder 3 and then turn around and spend all that money again to see Pac Spence. Nobody that’s who.

this fight is gonna be a financial disaster for all parties involved besides Fury and Wilder

The new way to postpone or even cancel fights. The 4 official boxing organizations should have doctors on call to confirm these claims of health reasons. Don't believe it for a minute. #ESPN knew this was coming (pulling out) 2 or 3 days ago.
