A “raging alcoholic” would likely struggle to keep up with the intense training and mental clarity needed to compete at that level, let alone beat someone like Pacquiao. So, realistically, it’s pretty unlikely.

Oh sure, a raging alcoholic could totally take on Manny Pacquiao—right after they finish a 12-pack and stumble into the ring. Pacquiao better watch out for those unpredictable moves, like tripping over their own feet. But seriously, someone battling addiction would have a better shot if they checked into a first. Maybe then they could trade the booze for some actual training and give Pacquiao a run for his money. But hey, anything’s possible, right?
