Bob Arum says he's losing money on Crawford, who has never had a PPV with good sales. There's obviously a much higher financial reward for fighting Spence.

Bread is wrong on this one. He's biased towards Crawford and is letting that cloud his reasoning.

I doubt he cares much which one he got if the terms make sense. Both are opponents that would generate a lot of buzz because Manny would be taking on a big challenge

I also think that Manny picked Spence for a reason. I feel like Spence is a great fighter but he doesn’t seem as athletic or freaky as Crawford. Crawford seems a little more twitchy and he’s been a ko machine recently. Where as Spence has been winning but he hasn’t been as brutal. Spence also seems a little slower. So a fighter like Manny who can choose who he fights, picks Spence over Crawford. The thing is it doesn’t have to work out how Manny’s team expects it to. But I agree they picked Spence over Crawford.

I also think that Freddie Roach and Sean Gibbons are very smart guys. Roach still has good eyes. His opinion is respected. Roach has openly said that Crawford is better than Spence. I’m not saying I agree or disagree. I don’t know until they fight. But I think Freddie’s opinion is respected. I actually felt in my gut that Manny would choose Spence because I remember Freddie’s comments. Sean Gibbons is also a sharp guy. Very sharp. He knows the game. I think they saw something in Spence.
Why are you so gay for Crawford?

        It's about money you cumdumpster.

There isn’t a higher financial reward for the Spence fight.

Pacquaio is the PPV draw in this fight. Not Spence and not Crawford.

Is the professional boxing trainer gay for Crawford too?

Arum has literally told you that he is losing money on Crawford.

Spence had over 300,000 buys for both the Mikey Garcia and Shawn Porter PPVs.

That spells higher financial reward whether you like it or not.

Spence's holy grail is a 300k PPV against Mikey Garcia, 250k PPV against Danny Garcia, and 300k buys against Porter. Spence likely offers more PPV buys than Crawford but its definitely not different enough to influence opponent selection.

And Manny has taken plenty of dud fights...Jeff Horn and Brandon Rios, to name a few.

Spence was stunned multiple times by Danny Basic Cherry Garcia and just didn't look remotely the same. Crawford meanwhile looked as mean as ever and effective against what looked like a game Brook. Crawford has all KO's at WW and while people criticize his opposition he likely would've stopped Mikey LIGHTWEIGHT Garcia as well Danny BASIC Garcia.

Manny picked Spence because his odds of winning are better. Same reason Manny fought Mosley, Margarito, Hatton, Thurman, Rios, and Matthyse...they all looked bad in the 1-2 fights prior to Manny fighting them. Make no mistake Manny may be the greatest matchmaker of all time. Nonetheless Spence is much bigger than Manny, much younger, and is the favorite for a reason.

Also, it is VERY UNLIKELY Manny can win a decision. Like Wilder-Fury 1, Wilder-Ortiz 1 and 2, Charlo-Harrison 2, and Broner's recent fight...Haymon protects his own and he's very transparent in building Spence. Spence will be getting judged by fans like FLY TY War Room and ShoulderRoll who have the black fighter up 4-5 rounds before the fight starts. They're mad ***** is back in town XD XD XD

Ya'll PBC shills boasting about 300k buys like it means anything. Pac has had DOZENS of fights do better than 300k. Pac is the A-side and any opponent he fights takes the B-side treatment for a reason.

Pac has fought plenty of random opponents like Jeff Horn, Brandon Rios, and Jesse Vargas. So you better believe choosing Spence over Crawford had more to do with ability to WIN than PPV buys...Manny brings his own country and he'll do minimum 600k against ANYONE (double Spence career highs).

Well Spence hasn’t looked great recently, against Porter and Garcia. he arguably lost to Porter, and he should have totally outclassed Garcia but failed to do so. We also saw Brook have a lot of success against Spence, before his face fell apart again

Crawford hasn’t shown much weakness apart from against Mean Machine… and even then it was only small flashes. Crawfords welterweight resume is much weaker though, so it’s really more of an unknown with him

Wont say anything about his skills as a trainer, but Breadman has a really really poor track record of predicting fight outcomes. Its a running gag actually lol.
