I've read elsewhere that FOX plans to part ways early with it's PBC deal and PBC was in talks with CBS. If thats the case then PBC may not be putting too much effort or quality into programming on lame duck contract.

All the great fights PBC can make at 154 and they give us this... I like Harrison a lot but this isn't interesting at all. It's strange PBC has been putting on a lot of good matchups on Showtime but I can't think of a single competitive fight they've put on FOX since they resumed fights there over the summer. Maybe there is some truth to the PBC to CBS rumors...

I’ve seen those rumours as well. Wasn’t it September of 2020 that pbc and fox came to a solidified agreement? I always thought it made better sense to go with CBS since they own Showtime but wouldn’t they then lose the major NFL tie in programming?

Tony is my man but he better bring his a game, he has already knocked out Super Bad stable mate Dominic Dolton, this boy you better get early!

I thought the agreement was made in September 2018 for a 4 year deal so we are over halfway through the deal anyway. PBC has denied the rumors. From what I previously read, FOX was happy with the PBC partnership because they got decent enough ratings during traditionally weak day/time slots for not that much money (for love content). Some of the FOX cards recently have had some low profile names (Gavronski/Morrell, Truax, Dirrell/Davis) and now we have Harrison and Perella. If there is a move to CBS, PBC may be saving some of their more buzzworthy fights for that. I don't know.

Its hard to compare the types of fight cards on ESPN, FOX and Showtime (and DAZN for that matter) because each of those content providers is so different. Im just interested in entertaining fights/cards and they all have hits and misses.

Come on PBC you have the fighters to make good matchups. It should be Harrison Vs Williams

I wish pbc would go back to the level of fights it put on free tv during its time but days and early days of the FOX deal but I know that the budget has got to be reduced due to the pandemic. Any big fight now must be paid for by other means....either PPV or apps. I wouldn’t mind seeing better matchmaking on FOX with lesser names that are more evenly matched. USA Tuesday Night Fight type names where contenders and new champs fought and showcased their talent against good opposition.....man do I miss that series

PBC has been coming with the bull**** lately. There's several better fights that could have been made for Harrison

Not a good comeback opponent for Harrison. Wheres jorge Cota? That would have been a much better tune up for Harrison...
