    B+

Honest to goodness, with all objectivity, I don't know what people see here. My best friend claims Bud has this incredible boxing but I just see an athletic guy with incredible natural power who can change a fight with 1 punch even if it just grazes a guy. A bit boxer-puncher but more puncher than boxer.

    Best wins: Postol & Gamboa

That's B+ bro. Bud is pretty much "Spence or nothing" right now. He's not trying to fight anyone else. So, until he fights Spence and beats him. He's a B+.

If he (by some grace of the heavens above) fights any of the top 5 welterweights or goes back down and fights Prograis and beats them like he did Gamboa? Okay. He's an A.

But until then, he has to show it against the best guys. To get that elite rating.

Surprised at the high level of B+ votes but then I see the reasons behind it given his resume

I voted A- I believe he is an A class fighter the elite talent is clearly there but I'll rank him bottom A for The lack of a signature win

        B. He’s a dangerous hook artist who can switch stance consistently. He box on the outside. Not much of an inside fighter. Overall he’s really good, but he’s not extraordinary at a talent and skill perspectives.

Some of you guys are disrespectful.

Crawford said he "beat the man who beat the man", meaning Jeff Horn is his best win according to him.

So, base your score on the quality of that opponent, his best opponent (according to him).

If Jeff Horn is truly the man (like Crawford says), you have no choice but to rate Crawford an A+ fighter.
