Most Puerto Rican boxing fans recognize good fighters, be it slick boxer, Traditional boxer, Pressure fighters, Brawlers, KO artists,Boxer/punchers Runners, whatever. I like them all, but some more than others.
I cant wait to see this fight....Marquez is great and Floyd is too. Like them both.

That fight is a foregone conclusion : Manny wins. The only question is "how?".

Whereas I see Marquez as a live underdog in this one, but that may just be false hope since I'm a huge supporter of his.

Good post. I still wish however, that Floyd had chosen a welterweight contender for this tune-up. Still it's good for boxing that he returns. Let's hope he chooses the legacy fights after this.

I am Puerto Rican and you better believe I will be watching...

I never understood why people that are supposed boxing aficionados openly root for some events to fail or to underachieve...Regardless of the way I feel about a fighter like Floyds persona or antics...I show his boxing skills and smarts in the ring up most respect....and Dinamita...what can you say about the guy...He's been as exciting as anybody in boxing his last fights.

Even if this fight is a mis match and Floyd whoops on him...I'm still glad that at least JMM gets the chance to prove himself on the biggest stage of boxing..

and you never know...there are some x factors here that could swing an upset.

Mayweather specifically said, "I'm gonna slay him", thats when I knew, as a fan, that Mayweather only has a little rust to shake out. For all we know, he might have come back re energized, may the best man win though.

No one is hating on the fight. The thing is other than Mayweather and Marquez fans not to many people are excited for this fight. Marquez is a counter puncher and like Bob Arum said "Floyd will be running around the ring" Floyd will pitty pat his way in to a decision against Marquez.

I am way more excited for the undercard than the Mayweather-Marquez main event.

Its sad really, to not want a another fight that doesn't involve your fighter to be a sucess. A kingdom divided by itself cannot fight against another kingdom, that other kingdom is UFC. Whether we like it or not, its competition and we didn't even start this ****.
