Does Floyd have a glass jaw?

He's so good defensively he never really takes a clean shot and when he does it's never in combination I look at him like a young RJJ who looked great until they slowed down and people started getting to the weak chin. Has he proven to have a great jaw....ever?

I've never seen him hit that much and if he is ever buzzed like against chop chop he got on his bike quickly. I'm not saying he has the worst chin ever just asking how good his jaw is.

Its tough to say. from the few times i've seen him hit cleanly he's taken them alright. He was buzzed against Corley, and Corley let him off the hook by throwing some of the widest follow up punches and not going to Mayweather's body which was wide open for an attack.

You cant really give him a real grade on his chin, but from what i've seen its no worse then average.

He's been hit before and has not been down. Closest you can get is the Judah fight where his glove touched and if you watch his face as soon as he's back up, he is against the ropes composing himself. No he doesn't have a glass jaw and one shot probably won't do it, problem is that it's nearly impossible to keep landing on him clean to even accumulate enough to try to get him set up for something. maybe if he got caught like Jones did against Tarver or how Khan did, but let's be honest almost any fighter that was caught that clean and on the button with a power shot punch they didn't see coming would more than likely be taking a nap.

Some fighters adjust like Lewis or Wlad to neutralize there chin as well, so even if you could say a guy is "chinny" it's not like adjustments cannot be made to combat the chin and still win fights.

A glass jaw is Amir Khan or someone. Floyd has proven to not have a glass jaw in the past

Floyd has a GRANITE CHIN and not only that he has great recovery and mental ability. What I mean by mental ability is when he gets hit some fighters shut down he'll come right back at you.

Corley actually wobbled him TWICE. Besides the famous haymaker that was landed on floyd, there was also a shot earlier in the fight that made him do the chicken leg. I'm too lazy to find the exact time but whoever watched that fight knows what I'm talking about. IT happened right in the middle of the ring. Floyd played it off and planted his feet but he did the chicken dance.

Floyd was also caught by Castillo flush on the chin a couple times and came right back. He had a hurt shoulder in vs castillo and in the late rounds stood in the pocket and threw toe to toe with him.

Floyds chin should never be questioned....

nahh hes got a decent chin. Hes been hit flush bfore and passd with flying colors. Corley managed to stun him and Floyd recovered quite quickly. But with that defence ****t who needs a great chin.
