thats kind of a yes and no statement...floyd will sell tickets becasue people want him to lose so yes he sells tickets that way...but if he is fighting an average fighter with no chance then he wont sell tickets becasue people know he wont lose...Marquez is a great fighter with a chance so it will sell ok but nothing compared to the draw that Cotto and Pac will bring..he downfall isa that he has been boring fro a while to get wins

I think the reason he can't sell these tickets is because he's facing a lightweight. Fans expect him to dominate and that's not as enjoyable to watch as compared to an even contest. If he fought another welterweight like Mosley then it would be good.

Who said he was getting $15 million guaranteed? I didnt hear ross greenberg, mark taffet say he was getting 15 mill guarnteed. The only person i heard say he was gettin 15 mill guaranteed was mr. counterfeit cash himself. & we all know he always tells the truth. People love spectacular wins. Although a win is a "win".....there is nothing better than somebody getting off the floor, and knocking the dude out! If you've never seen it "LIVE", or at least in your living room TV, you can't and won't understand it. Floyd Mayweather has great athleticism, there is nothing "spectacular" about Mayweather's wins, athough KO'ing Ricky Hatton was impressive.

Ricky is right. Most people tuned in for ODLH and Ricky Hatton, not for Mayweather.
