Agreed. However, while I hate Mayweather the role he plays is why DLH and Hatton both got the buys that they did. People will only buy a Mayweather PPV if the person he is fighting has, at least a popular opinion, is able to beat him. Essentially people will pay to watch Mayweather get his ass kicked, which makes him the best B side in boxing. Truth is, if people are Paq or Cotto fans, they both have in common that they usually hate Mayweather and want to see him lose.

      He's right.

Mayweather was not the attraction in either fight. Without Ricky and Oscar, Mayweather has no money.

Ricky, you just proved how overrated you are. Sold the most tickets but lost to the best fighters in the game. Least **** for the buck.

This is the same guy who told his fans to mortgage their houses and bet it all on him.

You never belonged and you will never belong. Retire already.

                Koboy.....
No need to attack Ricky buddy...he won (although some say he lost) against decent opposition...(Collazo, Lozcano)....still was able to get wins over ex-champs (Castillo, Kosta, Paulie)...I wonldn't say overrated.....just never reached the elite level. He did what a champ was suppose to do....TAKE ON THE BEST....and he did so twice...but unfortunately failed. Don't go and say he never belonged. Kinda reminds me of Pacquiao and his "followers"......fought Marquez twice..some would say he lost twice....and got wins over Diaz, DLH and Hatton....all of a sudden the Pac-Huggers come out the woodwork and believe him to be GOD....well let's see come 11/14. He will be facing one of the very best in the sport (kinda like Hatton vs. Mayweather) and win or lose, i'm sure he'll fight Floyd (too much money to leave out there for both). If he loses.....I'd like to see how many Pac-Huggers will stick around.

#1 I'm pretty sure Oscar's signature is on the checks that Floyd cashes at the liquor store.....

#2 Hahahahaha...ain't that the truth...after putting on the definition of "boxing clinic"...wasn't able to sellout a fight.

Come on Ricky, no need to be bitchy... Floyd barely said anything wrong and in previous interviews he has said it and still have much respect to him. Truth is, it can't really be a coincidence that De La Hoya and Hatton still did there best ever numbers against Floyd.
