Sorry, but are not Mexican and Puerto-Ricans considered Caucasian throughout the world?

When I arrived to America I was completely surprised that in various forms/documents there is a separate category for Mexicans and Puerto-Ricans.

I think America is pretty racist country and people are overly divided over race issues.

I agree with the Panda poster -- people need to be like Pandas -- black and white.
