      so if you have Hopkins winning the first 5 rounds and Calzaghe winning 7 den you should have it a tie because of the knockdown in Round 1.

        Um, no, that's still a one point win for Joe (114-113). Math rocks. And Hopkins didn't win all the first five anyways.

          Hopkins won the 7th and if you have 7-5. The knock down makes it 6-6 because it is a 10-8 round.. SIMPLE MATH

            Um, no. If you have a 7-5 fight favoring Calzaghe with every round but the first scored 10-9, you get 114-113. Let's add:

            Hopkins would get 5 10's and 7 9's. 5 x 10 is 50. 9 x 7 is 63. 63+50=113

            Calzaghe would have 1 8, 7 10's, and 4 9's. 7 x 10 is 70. 4 x 9 is 36. 70+36=106 + 8= 114.

            You can bring me an apple before class tomorrow.
