Will Manny be entitled to 60/40 in a fight with Mayweather IF he beats Cotto ?

I might be wrong but i get the impression that Arum/Pacquiao's stance on not budging on the 50/50, if he beats Cotto will be stronger than ever, and who knows he might then be of the opinion the HE deserves more than 50/50 spilt to fight Mayweather.
