    lol.cotto was his leanest at welter vs margarito.he was back to the mosley fight weight vs clottey.

          I think he is, he's still very solid and has a bit left on him, but his best years are definitely gone

            Cotto looked like a tank its not the weight really but he's slowed down a lot compared to when he outboxed Mosley
