in the end the brain trust behind Pacquiao probably saw that Cotto could make 146 fairly easily and decided one less pound wasn't enough so they want to stretch Cotto's limits even further
kind of sucks to be honest and those who side with Manny and say it's only a mere lb or two really do not understand the sport itself and I venture to say are nothing more than Manny fans solely
