        He didnt quit he was already beaten. Was he supposed to die in the ring. The man had nothing left. No professional fighter quits, they get Beaten.

              he's young he'll be back... man all of these extreme pounrs of view " his career is over" never will he ever be a champion... bla bla you win some you lose some he'll be back next fight.

                  After watching the pre-fight promo before the fight, I had initial thought he is a little nutty (who wouldn't be in that kinda enviorment) and after his 2nd knockdown I think he just said **** this , that "rage" or whatever he stated before had left him and just wanted out.

                  I hope he has a future plan that doesn't involve boxing, he seems like a bright kid so hopefully he does.

                      He is the Mexican Acelino Freitas.

                      Ortiz is bright, good-looking, and articulate. He should get a job at Abercrombie & Fitch.
