Please, spare me the KO percentages and those other statistics. He's boring.

Probably wondering what you're doing when you're not chewing your toenails or robbing a liquor store.

Don't knock someone just because you don't understand them. Not everything has to be non-stop action, front to back. The "instant gratification generation" you belong to should maybe learn some patience and tolerance for other mindsets.

No way. I went to Froch-Taylor and I had some booze to make it interesting, but I didn't want to get drunk because I wanted to remember.

I think if I went to a Wlad fight I'd make it to about the fifth round, then the alcohol poisoning kicks in.

on a serious note tho, maybe watching it live is better than tv...you know, kinda like bowling and baseball?

Why, was it not interesting without the booze? I was at the fight and was on the edge on my seat the whole time...

I appreciate skilled fighters as much as the next guy but he's boring, admit it.

Takes 2 to be boring. Can't all be one corner's fault. If the opponent isn't skilled enough to get inside and land something, or at least work his way inside, then you have to blame him too, or maybe more the lack of quality opponents. Do you think someone like Foreman or Lewis would allow themselves to be jabbed ****** all night? They'd do something, even if it was wrong, just to try and create a chance to land something. Chagaev isn't at that skill level, though he is one of the better opponents out there. I do think Haye would've made a more exciting fight of it, by far, but I also think he'd have ended the fight staring at the boom microphone (when he woke up) after just a few rounds. But he's a little slicker, a little quicker, and is willing to take chances.

No that fight wasn't bad. Paulie got rocked that one time, I thought he was gonna go for a second.

Tell me this, would you watch Wlad-Chagaev again for fun?
