No way would it be boring. Can you imagine what Margarito would do, down maybe 5-1 in a mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather? He'd go balls out and either get KTFO or make for some of the most treacherous moments of Floyd's career.

Floyd may be better than Mosley & Williams (highly debatable at 147 tho) but he doesn't fight like them. And styles make fights.

I agree with the thread starter,the shoulder roll and potshot will not keep Margarito at bay,if floyd has nowhere near the punching power of Cotto then he will be relying on movement alone to beat Margarito,thats not possible,because Margarito will be in punching range long before floyd,he throws punches from every angle,if floyd does not fight sometimes at least,he gets embarrassed,walked down and stopped!!!For example B-Hops defense is world class,but the Calzaghe workrate edged him and B-HOP and him were the same size!!floyd is way smaller than Margarito!!

It's my belief (no proof I know), that Marg used plaster since he lost to pwill. He or his team knew then that he had to do something or his career was at a full stop. I suspect that the fights with Cintron and Cotto are wins because of cheating.

Hilarious, he wouldn't before the Mosley fight that is for sure. Floyd doesn't even fight the top WW's in his division like Cotto, Mosley, Margarito(was a top at one time), Clottey and Williams. I like how alot of Floyd fans don't even know how he fights. They swear he is a mike tyson in that ring and can KO anyone, hilarious. Floyds hands are broken, he isn't knocking someone out especially someone with a granite chin.
