**** is too open to interpretation homey. I lay off this kinda **** cuz I don't got a list of my top 50 ATG's memorized or saved on my CPU. No way to be sure who gets placed where. I'll just say Pac is already an ATG and the win would make him higher obviously.

How could that put him top 5? An old ass past prime Shane Mosley?

No one fighting currently would be ranked top 5 or top 10...

Not yet. He is right now ATG 20 in my opinion, he still has to beat Cotto or Mosley to be ATG 10, then PBF to be ATG 5, then an 8th weight title at super-welterweight to be ATG 1-3.

On achievements alone he will be considered an ATG if he beats someone like Mosley. How high is a matter of perception. Talent wise I have seen quite a few fighters in my own lifetime who I believe are better than him overall, but for one reason or another, did not make that impact that he has.

Like If the Manny of today fought the Floyd of 7 years ago at jr. lightweight, he would have gotten his ass handed to him IMO. Him vs a Floyd of today is a different dynamic.

Donald Curry was one of the most perfect fighters i have ever seen, but never got a chance to achieve greatness because he blew his load in the amateurs.

On achievements though, Manny will be right up there. I personally cannot wrap my head around this ATG and P4P madness that gets thrown around. Even the current P4P stuff i ignore. Too many intanglibles and swings of momentum. Take Manny for instance, if he fought Shane and lost, does that mean Shane is then P4P#1? Hell no. Does it even mean Manny is still P4P#1 if he wins? Nope. Because IMO, Manny at welterweight is just waiting to lose and he left his P4P status 2 weight classes below him. This P4P and ATG **** is just that, ****.

                1. Top 20 is too high but you can have ur opinion
                2. Cotto isn't in the top 30-40 all time so that doesn't bump Pac that high
                3. Mosley is old and past his prime, people are blinded by a win over a one dimensional fighter who blocks punches wit his face
                4. Pac would never go to 154
                5. Pacquiao has never fought a slick fighter. Floyd Mayweather would be new ground for him

Manny's great and all that, but he isn't as good as Vinny Pazienza.

i dont give a **** wat any Pac hugger says,
Pac will never be the number 1 greatest of all time,
your an idiot, there isnt enough HOF fighters to boost
                    Pac to that status currently.

he'll never be better then robinson or Ali, so forget it.
