Second, wait and see what happens, it could very well be part of the negotiation process, or Pac may not even really want to fight mosley, maybe he wants to see what happens with mayweather.
Third, pac is a 140 pound fighter. Mosley obviously wants Pac more than anything but Pac, **** he doesn't need mosley at this point. He could fight Mayweather/Marquez, Cotto, Valero, etc etc etc. Why should Pac be obligated to fight Mosley at a higher weight? He's not, which is why all the bargaining chips are in pacman's hands, not mosley.

This is just the beginning, when his advisers see how well Mayweather does at 144, they'll say Mayweather should fight Pac 130lbs tops........This is bull ****, he can fight at 142 but not 144, the only difference I see occuring will be how weak shane will be dropping more weight. Pac has lost his P4P title with this statement by his team.

Beating the best at 147 and retiring makes you the ONLY 7 time weight champion and the ONLY fighter to beat Henry Armstrong's record of starting at such a low weight and capturing so many titles at weights you weren't supposed to win at. If anyone BUT Shane Mosley held the Ring title at 147, then you'd be saying ok fight this guy.

But yet you don't hear him talking about fighting Joan Guzman or Nate Campbell and they would come up to fight Manny. This is total bull**** and so is Manny

But asking someone to come in weight drained makes a complete farce of a great sport.
