I suspect most of the 'best chins' in boxing are actually found in journeymen fighters with average records, but who go the distance a lot more often than most with a similar win/loss count. It's hard to judge at the top level as people get hit less and there can be immense variation in the power of punches that look very similar from outside the ring. You can only really tell if you are throwing or being him by them.
