If Floyd Mayweather Jr. gets past Juan Manuel Marquez on July 18 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Manny Pacquiao wants to fight him. Mayweather is a heavy favorite to beat Marquez. Pacquiao wants the fight but says the final call will come from Top Rank and his team. If they fight, I doubt it'll be on October 17th, just three months after Mayweather-Marquez. It'll probably be December, if at all in 2009.
Personally I'd rather see Mayweather-Mosley, but we'll see how that plays out with negotiations (what really matters, not the "calling out" process that you guys get unnecessary erections over).Comment
