Pac should fight Mosley at 144 then. It will be for a major and lineal title. PBF won`t fight Cotto, and Cotto would be out of circulation.

You think Mosley is going to come down to 144 or 142? I think its a more likely scenario of Pac getting shut out if Roach stays firm on his 142lbs. All the other mega stars are 147lbs, Mosley/PBF/Cotto.

If Cotto fights him below that he runs the risk of being weight drained. If i were Cotto i would either push for 147 or just don't fight and let him fight someone else.

Pac may be P4P No. 1, but if Cotto wins he will just get ridiculed for fighting a smaller guy who's been blow up in weight. He won't get much credit for winning this fight imo.

I disagree. Cotto can have several great prize fights, Cotto-Mosley II, Cotto Maywether(if Maywether accepts) and one fight that can probaly create even bigger expectations if Cotto keeps on winning is a rematch after Margarito serves his suspencion.

Alll these fights can generate lots of hype and revenue, similar to the fight Cotto-Pacquiao. True probably Cotto-Pacquiao can sell more than Mosley-Cotto. But if Cotto beats Clottey and probably Mosley if he is next, Cotto will be on his way to the top 3 P4P and every fight could be a Mega fight.

I beleive Manny is great for the sport and it is boxing biggest and best image, but if your camp is going to brag about beating welterweights, you have to beat fighters the weigh 145 and higher.

Cotto is the first smart one out all the dumb-asses that MP has fought... that's how Team MP tries to win fights.

MP and his team always try and win the fight before MP even gets in the ring... they did it with EM by making him fight weight drained - now they're trying to do the same to Cotto. If you "CALL" somebody out you should fight them at their weight. MP team is a pick and choose or bring them in weight drained or old. the only reason they fought Hatton is because he's a slightly bigger dumb version of David Diaz - and Mayweather's leftovers. JMM keeps out-doing MP by consistently fighting the better competition... yet again

Pacman needs to fight Marquez again or fight any top welterweight at a reasonable weight. Right now he's just treading water, getting paid, fighting shriveled up guys. If he kills Marquez he earns his pfp status, if he kills the real welterweights he earns genuine ATG status.
