Cotto should stick to 145 and not budge 1lb. Same with Mosely. These guys have big fights at 147, they don't need Pacquiao if he's gonna cheat his way to a victory again. Who is Pacquiao gonna face if Mayweather, Mosley, Cotto all refuse to fight him below 145? He sure as hell won't be getting the big fights besides a rematch with JMM.
