Good performance by Johnson. If he could increase his pace and improve his finisher qualities he could be a force!

Yeah he KO'd a guy who couldn't hurt a fly. Good showing but I wouldn't get 2 excited till he beats a top 10 guy, Vargas is IMO is JUNK.

Good win for Johnson, but I don't think there's any fighter out there right now who has a bigger ego than Johnson LOL. He hasn't really fought anyone but dude is talking almost like he has the most impressive records in the world and that he's the next Muhammed Ali. Anyone read any interviews with him?

I totally agree! Ruiz or toney,Botha,Austin, golota.all these guys should fight the next fleet of contenders but I also think these 40 year old should fight each other.instead of young vs old let's get old vs old along with young vs young.I'd watch toney vs Austin or golota vs Botha.they would all be evenly matched & get good paydays.if there ever is a generation of older heavyweights who are still competitive it's now.

John Ruiz-Kingpin Johnson WBA eliminator for his next fight would definitely be great. Anyone remember last time Ruiz fought on American TV? I can't. Another fight could be Kingpin fightin a possibly more ****y dude then himself...Malik Scott aka 'King Scott' aka 'Ain't no numbas in between my numbas.' Both are east coast guys tryin to get up in the division and this fight be good for ESPN. Besides that Goosen Tutor is the man and he'll get Johnson somethin.
