He was right in that Cotto plants his foot alot and Pacquiao could use that to his advantage. In every possibly Cotto vs Pacquiao poll, I never voted, this could go either way I believe

He underestimates Cottos hard hitting and all around boxing skill. Cotto can counter and attack. He would hurt pacquiao for sure. Pacquiao felt DLH's old shot punches and gave him some respect. Imagine what Cotto wouldve done.

Some good points by Gamblers Advisory, but I would still favor Cotto in a matchup vs Pac at 145-147. Anything Below is ignorant.

Cotto would bring in a similar game plan to the one he brought in with Mosley. His right hand was there all night that day. Saying he doesn't poses a right hand is crazy. A strong jab with a good right hand can disrupt Pac, plus Cotto lasted some good rounds with his suspect chin when he was up against plaster...I dont think Manny loads up on plaster.
