Hardest puncher ever?

Out of any division who do you think? For heavyweights I say Foreman, Liston, Tyson, and Shavers. Lower weights you got to have Hearns at welterweight and Duran at lightweight. For hardest puncher of all out of any weight class I vote for Foreman.

Any hardest puncher list must include Juilan Jackson. I have never seen more potent one punch knockout power on anyone. His handspeed wasn't the greatest, so it was never surprise punches or the punch you don't see...look at you tube, some of those guys saw it coming and still got knocked out.
