this is a perfect reason why a lot of people cannot respect Floyd JR. He hugs De La Hoya after the fight and act as everything is all good. Now he is still bashing the man the is the face of boxing, who has more money than Mayweather, who is definetly way better lookin than Mayweather. I would respect Mayweather more if he didn't hug De La Hoya after the fight and possible talk **** to him after the win. I can respec boxers that talk **** to hype a fight, but when you disrespect other boxers that you have beat that is uncalled for. This is why, I can't wait for the day when someone beat this guy. I hope Marquez, not only win the fight, but actually beat him to a pulp.

In the current climate the image of Mayweather with his outsized tacky ***ellery(mr.t mini me),the cars, the boats and his penchant for throwing money about is odious enough, and thats before he has even opened that vile mouth of his.Pacquiao on the other hand is completely the opposite in just about every way.
Whilst he may not have the greatest command of english, his good nature and the generosity of his personality seems to shine through anyway, also,he is a guy that attacks and makes his fights exciting,as well as winning them. These are things that give him appeal to people that dont really follow boxing. He is a great role model and his appeal is truly universal,my eleven year old son wants a giant poster of him for christs sake!
I dont go much on mayweather as a human being, but as a lifelong boxing fan I can appreciate what he has done, but is he really good for the sport? The answer I suppose is that you have to have a pantomime villain, and that is his role now he is back.
