I agree, except I don't think he should fight again, there wouldn't be much point in doing this. It would be hard to sell as I assume most fan's will know he is done at the top level. He should retire for his health as well, no point in causing further damage now.

i think hatton can still fight 2 or 3 more years, he's only 30 years old.
He just made a bad decision hiring a FRAUD, CON ARTIST FLOYD SR.
          as his trainer.

I feel bad for HATTON losing the fight, and on top of that his trariner
floyd sr. a self proclaimed the best trainer of all time, was no where
in sight after the fight. He just let the assistant trainer to face the press.

Hey this floyd good friend if yall knew anything bout boxing you would know that floyd is best ever to put on a pair of gloves. cotto, berto, mosley, pacman, whoever can't beat him. Pacman he's good i not taking anything from him but think about when he fought JMM he know him down 3 times got a draw, Oscar a shot fighter not really a shot fighter he when down from 168 to 145 something like that, pacman weight more than him. Oscar did the same thing RJJ did when he wanted to fight mike tyson and he put 25pounds of muscle and went to fight tarver an barely won and now he's not the same. So yall talk that **** bout Oscar but pacman aint ****. Floyd Mayweather Jr the best evea period

Froch is right. No excuses about Sr, the ref, the weight, or anything. Hatton got ****ed up last nite and should retire and count his millions.

Hatton is good, not great. He looks good fighting lower level guys. Once he takes on TOP guys he's done.

Retire? I said that a long time ago. It's either A: Retire or B: stop fighting GOOD fighters. A or B. It's up to him. What ever it is the man is still a "good" fighter. Nothing more nothing less.

He's young, He should go back home to KO bums to please his fans. They've paid enough money coming back and forth just to see him get KTFO twice.

As far as Froch talking on this matter is ******. He should be in the gym training. He was pretty damn lucky with that KO over JT. A KO is a KO and he showed heart but the next guy might not tire out with only a few seconds left in the fight. Heart a lone wont win him a 12 round fight when he loses almost every round.

So he criticises a 36 year old Calzaghe for retiring on a suitable win.

But he advises a 30 year old Hatton to retire on a loss.

Odd. And were still supposed to take this guy seriously!?!

lol I want to give Froch a chance but man he makes it hard to not hate on him! Like I said before he should be in the gym training. He has A LOT to work on if he wants to keep that "0" like his hero Joe!
