This Must Be The Biggest Fight Ever

In the modern era of internet and cable, Pacquiao-Hatton must be the biggest fight ever. Even CNN joined the fray. It's rare ocassion that CNN features a boxing match and the boxers themselves. I think this is my first to hear about boxing on this network.

Boxing is back in the mainstream. Thanks to Manny, Ricky, Roach, Floyd Sr., Arum, Goldenboy, the hardcore boxing fans and the media hypes.

It may not be the biggest fight concerning numbers, because of the recession, but this is truly a global mega event. I would say it's more far reaching than almost any fight in history.

just for the simple fact that you're getting THIS much american coverage for a fight that's below 47 and between two NON-americans, i think it speaks volumes
