My ethnicity and racial make up is that of Latin descent, so I am Puerto Rican by blood but I am an American when it comes down to it. Doesn't the same logic apply here?
culturally you are puerto rican, but you have the rights of a US citizen as a result of puerto rico being a commonwealth.

No but seriously. Floyd Mayweather is American. Not African American.

He probably has never even been to Africa.

I'm not saying going to Puerto Rico once certified my status as a Puerto Rican.

But there is nothing African about him aside his skin tone.

            Same with me.

I'm the "whitest" Puerto Rican on planet Earth.

I imagine Africans from Africa don't consider him African.

So why the need for titles?

I'm making fun of the "Is Cotto A Mulato Thread".

Why are people discussing peoples racial background?

Does it have anything to do with boxing ability, what goes on in the ring, future matchs up?

Is it relevant to ANYTHING at all?

                    Nope.

So this is me being a **** in response to that.
