Hopkins doesn't care, Hopkins needs to make a living and if a game Tito is going to earn him 10-20 Mil...he'd be silly not to make it. His legacy is set already, not much else can be done.
Keep in mind, Tito was out of shape and not really motivated against RJJ, I think he'll be more than ready to actually commit to boxing for Hopkins. I doubt he'll come in, round on the sides.
This fight would likely be made at a similar weight that Jones-Trinidad was made. Why would Tito be any more motivated? He's getting 15 million dollars to fight a guy that destroyed him the first time. Tito has been in it for nothing but money since the first BHop fight, this will be no different.
Trinidad was a great fighter, but the end of his career has been a joke and frankly he is not even a serious fighter.
He disregards Roy as nothing anymore, but then fights Tito?
Like, WHAT?
yea he said he felt sorry for roy..**** roy lost to the #3 p4p fighter...**** roy played with tito...and he wants to fight tito????whats the logic behind that???
Can't really say Trinidad is all that irrelevant because he's probably the last guaranteed money maker in the sport.
There is still that glimmer of hope that he can bring back that champion mentality that he's lacked. The BHop fight really put down his career and he wasn't really the same after that. If this is the way that Trinidad can be at peace with himself, then I hope he gets it done. Hell, even in the 1st fight, something seemed wrong with him. Typically his father is going ballistic in the corner, and it just seemed somber
You can tell that it's been eating away at him for years now. He's been unmotivated, under trained and just lackadaisical since the fight. I too wanna see Tito retire, but hey...if he's going to give it one more go around; a fight between my two favorite fighters is fine by me.
Every one has their panties wound up, just relax and remember; you too would take 10 millions dollars to get your ass beat by Hopkins or Trinidad

man stop posting you sound ****ing ******..tito is don kings whore..he'll never win another meaningful fight...
tito is worst than oscar was..hell atleast oscar was trying to win..tito comes in once every 2 years for a damn paycheck..its a disgrace to boxing
Yes. That is the truth and that's why it's sad. Oscar, even though money hungry, was still fighting to win and for his legacy. Tito just looks for the biggest money fight at a weight that won't require him to cut out the fat. It's a disgrace and people should not be rooting for this fight to happen.
