Top Rank's Bob Arum completely trashed last weekend's heavyweight bout between Chris Arreola and Jameel McCline. Arum told The Ring Online that Arreola-McCline was a disgrace to heavyweight boxing in America. Arreola stopped McCline in four rounds last Saturday in Las Vegas. [details]

Quit Crying and be thankful there is An American Heavyweight who actually has a chance to win a title. Video Killed the Rockstar and now it may kill a Heavyweight Contender. Whats next No Chest or Back Hair for your Master HBO. Or maybe its something like you dont like his promotor or Managers and trying to Downplay what Chris did Saturday. He fought well and showed he deserved a shot and who cares about how attractive he looked. The Last thing i want is a bunch of guys who look the part with the MUscles and Abs, but get KOed in a couple of rounds (like M.Grant or C.Brock). Arreola may not beat the Klitchko Brothers but he will make it one hell of a Slugfest and someone will get KOed. For the Record, Chris can beat Wladimir but has no chance against Vitali

Arreola is soooo over-rated....i don't know what people see in him but he will dissapoint in his first championship fight.... As much as i dislike the "k" brothers, they will destroy arreola if he was to fight them....

I don't really care for Arum to much but i agree with him. What he was trying to point out is that Fighters from other counties like the Klitschko brothers Dimitrenko, Chagaev, Povetkin and countless others come in better shape than our Americans, and its not the reason they are dominating us, but at list the americans can show a little more effort and come in shape to fight, Arreola used to fight at a much lower wieght than what he has been fighting in his last couple of fights. So yes them looking the way they did on HBO does look bad and it sure adds fuel to the fire to all the Klitschko haters that say there are no good heavywieghts anymore.
