I was about to say that Cotto was behaving like a true **** and **** but some of these cats need to relax and loosen up a little. The **** was a ****ing joke, it wasn't meant to offend anyone.

Puerto Rican men are not the only ones down for that ****, but Mexican men too. Whatever helps these fellas get *****.

****ing with eyebrows like that is too gay for me, MAS PUTO!!!

          To each their own.

                April 10, 2009

In an effort to explain the brawl that left his uncle and trainer hospitalized, and the fighter cut and bleeding, Puerto Rican boxing icon Miguel Cotto discussed the verbal assault that precipitated the violent encounter.

“I never have problems with my uncle. I do everything he tells me”, Cotto recounted. The Caguas, PR native’s career has been steered to the heights of the boxing world by his paternal uncle, Evangelista Cotto. “ I always train hard and we prepare for every fight”.

The welterweight champion was slated to begin a training camp for his June match-up with highly-ranked Joshua Clottey. “I asked to move the training camp to Florida so I can be closer to somebody who is very important to me, somebody who helps me focus”, Miguel continues. “My uncle called me several bad names, and insulted me. He said many things about me that no man should have to accept”. When pressed for details, Cotto informs GBM News and El Nuevo Dia that his eyebrow stylist has relocated to the South Florida area, and resultingly, he wanted to conduct training camp at famed Fifth Street Gym in Miami. Fifth Street has been host to many champions, including Muhammad Ali years ago.

“My uncle said that I am a ‘maricon’ (translated: effeminate *******ual) because I like to stay clean. But I do not think this is a bad thing. We as boxers should work hard inside and outside of the ring. I want to look good for my opponents.”
