i dreamnt of jones vs adamek last night, jones was doing really well with his speed but nothing fased adamek and later adamek trapped him and pounded the **** out of him, like really bad ass whooping.

He could take both. Adamek is a simple fighter. Straight up and straight down. A young inexperienced Dawson schooled him. I could see Roy doing the same.

As for Lacy he'd beat him too. For his look he's really a poorly conditioned boxer.

IMO he would win easy with Lacy and if he came to the fight in good shape with good muscle weight and RAN all night he could win a boring/but flashy at times win agasint adamek....

Only person I think is bad for Roy right now is Dawson. But Roy knows to stay very far away. I think a Lacy and Ademek fight would be a good way to go out... I think he could do it and still walk away with pride and a CW belt/win. But hey thats just me...
