The fact that Haye has to fight 3 Klitschko brothers in a row is good for us boxing fans, but its ridiculous to have in the contract.

Even those who hate Haye have to give him credit. Ive never heard us such a mess of a contract, and you have to respect Haye for going along with such insane demands just to get those big fights.

....I actually do give him credit for going for those demands, but if he somehow finds a way to win, wouldn't he be fighting Vitali next anyway?? The Wlad rematch in case of a win over Vit is a bit much but it makes sense as well. Of course Wlad would want his titles back. Besides, Haye would make a ****load of money and garner more fame in those three fights than any other fights that he could possibly be in. The Klits are just covering themselves for the possibility of a crazy Hayemaker. Their promoters probably give Haye about a 10% chance of pulling something off, but why not take what you can get right?

Those terms seem a little extreme. But, if the Klitschkos are easily beatable bums like Haye keeps saying, then it shouldnt be a problem.

But seriously, I never heard such terms before.

You really believe what Teddy Atlas says about them winning only because of their size?

Why didn't his fighter Michael Grant win then? He's 6"7" with a reach of 86" (Wlad's reach is 81" and Vitali's is 80").

Gomez has a longer reach than Vitali, 80.5" to 80". Rahman, Thompson, Austin have a longer reach than either Klitschko. About 20 of Wlad's opponents weighed more than him: McCline, Jackson, Jefferson, Thompson, etc.

Did Tommy Hearns defeat his opponents solely because of his size? He was 7" taller and had a 12" reach advantage over Duran.

just about the time for Wlad to be mean. with his physical proportions he should be worser than Vitali.

Don't try to feed us that bull****. Standard, my ass. Of course a promoter will ask for options but they won't put in the contract WHO you're gonna fight for the next three fights assuming you win each time!

Utter HORSE**** from a fighter who I thought was far classier than that. Don't give me that BS about Haye being disrespectful, what's really bringing the sport down is **** like this!

If Haye thinks its a good idea to genuinely piss off Wlad he is a ******. If Wlad is on his A game with intent to hurt, he will embarrass Haye, badly. If he isn't, he still beats Haye anyway.

I don't care what anyone says, that contract is pure BULL****! I can't believe these guys! I think Wladimir will win by KO, but I now have doubts since they put in these outrageous contract demands. They must be afraid of something!!! I will reserve bets and picking a winner until closer to the fight!

You think it's standard to have to fight two rematches in a row immediately after winning a title, even if it means being stripped of the belts you just won?

Give just one other example in boxing history when that was in a contract.
