Id take Roberto but it wouldnt be as easy as people are making out remember Floyd is very slick and could very well frustarate Duran. Also as with Benitez (despite being out of the LW division) his style would be perfect for Floyd's counter punching

yeah the guy who hasn't fought a single top 147 fighter is gonna outclass the guy who beat arguably one of the best 147 fighters ever.

if by saying outclass you mean floyd's not in duran's class......that's true.

duran has sparred better fighters than floyd has fought.

Duran by close decision. I pick Duran to beat any LW in history.

Let me school some idiots here. Duran did not like movement. Mayweather had plenty of it. My personal all time top 5 at LW is (in order of appearance)

                  Gans
                  Leonard
                  Duran
                  Whitaker
                  Mayweather

IMO Mayweather and Leonard give Duran more trouble than Pea, Gans or any other lightweight you can think. Based on smarts and movements. You need a great bike and a great brain to beat Duran.

If someone wants to make an argument for Williams, Ortiz, Ross to be on the top 5 go on. But if you ever fancy putting money on a lightweight to beat Duran (I would not) it better be the ****** Wizard or the Pretty Boy.

(I don't favor Ike against Duran, because he is not as calculative as PBF and Leonard. And Pea did not use his bike as much as he should have to beat Duran)

floyd would make duran ''no mas'' again. After the fight duran will blame it on a stomach pain and partying then his fans will run wit that

                    end of thread
