In addition, conspiracy to commit a crime is also a crime under Californian law.

Conspiracy is usally used for major felony cases like murder but I have never heard of anyone getting charged for conspiracy to assault. While Tonys actions were cowardly and ****** I don't think they were unlawful in the eyes of the courts.

Yall can defend the decision all you want, but to me its still fishy. If your a fighter you want revenge for getting you ass handed to you.

If a member of your family was murdered, you would probably feel like murdering the murderer, but it would still be wrong for you to do so. The right thing to do would be to give evidence to help get the murderer behind bars.

Murderers should go to jail, and fighters and trainers who conspire to use plaster in their gloves should be banned from boxing for life and should go to jail.

Cotto might salvage some pride by fighting a banned boxer, but that's just the law of the jungle and it would be terrible for the integrity of boxing if he did that.

What is your point? I've already said that it's logical to believe that Marg used plaster treated pads against Cotto. It just can't be proven for a fact by any investigation cause the fight is over and done. Cotto's corner failed to catch any wrongdoing when they were supposed to. Any investigation at this point will prove nothing, so I'm saying they should do it in the ring.
