Ricky Hatton Says "Three More and I Retire From Boxing"

Three more fights and junior welterweight Ricky Hatton is done with the sport of boxing. The first of the three fights is coming up on May 2 against the current pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao. If everything goes well against Pacquiao, Hatton wants to fight Juan Manuel Marquez, who plans a move to 140-pounds in he near future. Marquez is considered by most as the second-best fighter in the world. There won't be issues with making the fight since Hatton and Marquez are both promoted by Golden Boy Promotions. [details]

I see him losing to Pacquiao.

    Beating Marquez.

And then i wouldnt be surprised if we see Hatton vs Khan as his retirement fight in front of 100,000 drunk brits in England LOL!

Lmao. He'd knock Khan out just by burping on him though.

Haha, and Shane actually thinks he might get the winner of Pac/Hatton. No one has so much uttered his name.

It's a shame really. He's just gonna have to sit tight and wait for Cotto.

I'm guessing, Pac, JMM and Mayweather? He'd only go for the big money fights. I'd like to see him face Holt vs Bradley winner

Haha true but it would be a perfect retirement big fight in his home country and plus he is friends with Khan so it would give Khan a chance to showcase himself and perhaps by miracle prove some people wrong haha!

If Hatton is fighting well I don't see him retiring after 3 fights. If he does win all three I think he'll fight De La Hoya or Cotto.

After he murders Pacquiao he should fight Khan at 140 in Wembley
