Who would satisfy you guys for a warmup test in July? If he fought Quintana or Collazo would this be okay with you? Or does it have to be a top 5 welterweight?

Collazo yes, Quintana no. I think he should straight out of the gate fight to get his WBC title back vs Berto. That would be a great fight.

Both Quintana and Collazo are solid fighters. I think Quintana is a more sound boxer and could give Floyd a good fight. But Collazo is such a strong minded fighter who always give it all he's got. Honestly I go with Quintana a little more though.
