I cringed when I saw this. its Carlos Palomino knocking out the lineal champ at the time, John Stracy...I think he got that title by beating Jose Napoles.

look where he hits him, and how flush. you can almost feel his insides getting thrown to the other side of his body. and look at the pain in his expression. ug. the first big shot hits around 1:11.

any others you can think of?

oh gosh, not me. the only time Ive been hurt by a punch so far in my life was from a shot to the right side of my body, and it didnt feel good. I cant even try to imagine how bad that kind of shot would feel.

Im sure someone will bring up Jones vs Hill and Hatton vs Castillo, but Palomino's shots put those to shame imo.
